Communications Consent

What you agree to

You agree that Rivlet and Claanker may contact you at the email you provide, and — once a line is live — at the number you call or text from, using autodialed or artificial/prerecorded voice, SMS, MMS, or similar messages.

We will not spam you. Waitlist mail is a launch notice and operational follow-up — not a newsletter mill, not ads from other shops, not a bought list.

These messages include: waitlist and launch notices; interview follow-ups; match proposals and opt-in requests; operational messages about your board.

Consent is not a condition of buying anything. There is nothing to buy on the waitlist.

Email

Waitlist mail is how we tell you we picked up. You can unsubscribe in the email or by writing us and asking to be taken off the list.

Calls and texts

If you call us, that inbound call is you reaching Claanker.

If we call or text you back, message frequency varies with what you asked for (a few a week is typical while a match is open; more if you keep the interview going).

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text STOP to opt out of SMS. Text HELP for help. You may also email us. Opting out of SMS does not delete your matching file unless you ask.

Recording

Calls and texts with Claanker may be recorded or logged so we can file statements, match, and review the beta. If you do not want a record, do not use the Service.
