Who this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Rivlet collects, uses, and shares information when you join the Claanker waitlist, call or text, or otherwise use the Service.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email, the time you joined, which contract versions you accepted, and a one-way hash of the network address used to submit the form (not stored as the raw address).

Matching file: the phone number you call or text from, statements you make (capability, open windows, jobs and holes, bond and insurance as you described them), match decisions (opt in / pass), and a log of the conversation needed to run the interview.

Sealed packets: a traveler, PO, Job, bill of lading, Envelope, bond certificate, or insurance certificate that you seal on the drop. We store it encrypted, keep a sha384 of the bytes, and release it only to the other party on a match you both accepted. The agent has no way to read it. That hash checks the courier. It is not the Envelope spec hash a quote binds to.

Site usage (first-party, operator only): pages you open on this site, in-page sections you reach, how long a visit lasted, the page you left from, the referring site or campaign if the browser sent one, a coarse device class (phone or desktop), and a country and region derived from the network address. We hash that address and do not store it. If the host did not already supply a country, we send the address once to a lookup service to get the country and region, then discard it. We do not run a third-party ad pixel, and we do not sell this.

What we do not collect on purpose

Payment cards, bank accounts, government ID numbers, passwords, or health information. Do not send them. Voice and text are not a place to spell an email if you can send it by text instead.

How we use it

To run the waitlist and tell you when we pick up.

To interview, file, and match — including showing a counterpart a redacted description until both sides opt in.

To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and keep an audit of tool calls.

To operate the site: understand which pages are used, where visits start and stop, and whether the waitlist is being reached — so we can run the beta. This usage data is not used to advertise to you.

When we share it

We do not sell your information.

We do not publish a directory of shops.

We do not give the other party your name, shop, email, or phone until both sides opt in to that match.

Processors who run infrastructure for us (hosting, and Twilio for the text and call number) see what they need to provide that infrastructure. That includes xAI for the interview when a text or call comes in.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people from harm.

Retention

Waitlist emails stay until you ask to be removed or we shut the list down.

Interview statements and match records stay for as long as the matching file is active, then as long as we need them for disputes, security, or the law.

You may ask for a copy or deletion of your waitlist email and matching file. We may keep a limited record that you asked, and that a match was proposed, where we must.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California), you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a request: claanker.com. We will need enough to find your record (the email you used, or the number you call from).

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new version date. September 19, 2026 is the current effective date.
